Filter cleaning or replacement, evaporator coil dust removal, condensate drain pipe flushing, refrigerant pressure check, blower fan cleaning, performance test (intake/output temperature differential), visual inspection of indoor and outdoor units. Typical duration: 45–60 minutes per unit.
Full coil chemical wash (indoor and outdoor), blower wheel removal and chemical clean, drain pan disinfection, fin straightening if needed, system reassembly, performance verification. Typical duration: 90–120 minutes per unit.
Visual check of all visible pipes, taps, mixers, drains. Pressure test on the water supply system. Inspection of water heater (anode rod, sediment levels, thermostat). Identification of any leaks or pre-failure indicators. Written report with any recommended actions.
