The Beginning

From a Single Van to Dubai's Most Trusted Team

ProCare started in 2018 when our founder, Ahmed Karam, got fed up with the same complaint from friends and neighbours: home maintenance in Dubai was a coin flip. Half the time technicians didn't show. The other half they overcharged or made the problem worse.

So Ahmed bought a van, hired one electrician and one plumber, and made a simple promise: show up on time, fix it right the first time, and charge what you quoted.

Eight years later, that single van has grown into a fleet of 12 service vehicles and a team of 60+ certified technicians serving every Dubai community — but the promise hasn't changed.

We've completed over 28,000 jobs. Maintained AC systems through every Dubai summer since 2018. Helped families through emergency leaks at midnight, and renovated villas that became homes. Every job, large or small, gets the same standard.
