Getting Service Started

Average response is 90 minutes anywhere in Dubai. Areas closer to our DIP base (Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, JVC, Marina, Arabian Ranches) often see us within 45 minutes. Our 24/7 emergency line is genuinely answered by a real person, not voicemail.
Standard hours are Sun–Thu 7am–8pm, Fri/Sat 9am–6pm. Outside these we operate on emergency-only basis with a small after-hours surcharge (AED 200). Annual contract clients have priority access to after-hours service.
All Dubai communities — from DIP and Jebel Ali to Mirdif and Deira. Sharjah and Northern Emirates served on request with a small travel surcharge.
Whichever you prefer. WhatsApp is fastest during working hours (often replied to in under 5 minutes). For emergencies, call. The form on our contact page is good for non-urgent quote requests when you can't talk.
Pricing & Payment

Money Questions

No — quotes are always free. For diagnostic visits where the technician needs to inspect to identify the issue, there's a flat AED 100 visit fee, which is waived if you proceed with the recommended work.
Cash, card (terminal in van), or bank transfer. For jobs under AED 1,000, payment is on completion. Larger jobs and renovations are split — typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Annual contracts are quarterly or annual upfront.
Quotes are fixed unless YOU change scope. If we discover something unexpected during work (typical example: a hidden leak found while opening a wall), we stop, document, and discuss with you before adding any cost. You always have the choice.
For renovation projects above AED 30,000, we offer milestone-based payment over the project timeline (typically 4 stages — see our renovations page). For external financing, we don't partner with any banks, but most major Dubai banks offer home improvement loans you can use independently.

What Happens After the Work

90-day workmanship warranty on all repair work. 12-month workmanship warranty on renovation projects. If the same issue recurs in that window, we come back at no charge. Replacement parts carry separate manufacturer warranties (typically 1–3 years).
Yes — we're DED licensed, electricians are DEWA certified, and we carry AED 5 million public liability insurance. Every technician is on our payroll (no subcontractors), background-checked, and trained internally.
Tell the technician on-site if possible — most issues can be fixed before they leave. If you spot something later, call or WhatsApp us. We come back. We don't argue about whether you're right — your satisfaction is our reputation, and we know that math.
Yes — VAT-compliant invoice issued by email after every job. For tenants needing landlord reimbursement and corporate clients, we also issue formal proposals and itemised statements on request.

About Maintenance Contracts

Honestly, it depends. For villas and apartments with 2+ AC units, contracts almost always save money over a year. For studios with one AC and rare other issues, ad-hoc bookings might cost less. We'll tell you straight during the free assessment.
Yes. We refund the unused portion minus any visits already delivered (charged at standard ad-hoc rate). No cancellation penalty. We'd rather you cancel than feel locked in.
Contract transfers to your new property at no charge. If the new place is significantly larger or smaller, we recalculate the rate from the move date. Remaining visits carry over.
